How is each day scored?

Each day is checked against traditional suitability rules for the chosen event, based on that day's tithi, nakshatra, weekday, and yoga, then given a 0-100 score and a verdict from excellent down to avoid.

Is this enough for choosing a wedding muhurat?

This is a good starting filter, but a decision as significant as a wedding should also weigh both birth charts. For a detailed wedding muhurat report, see the /muhurat page.

Why are "avoid" days hidden from the results?

The list only surfaces the highest-scoring, usable days so you don't have to sift through every unsuitable one yourself. If no good day turns up in the chosen range, widen the range and search again.
