  • Your full report is generated instantly on verified payment and delivered on the page, by email, and on WhatsApp.

3-day satisfaction window

  • If you are not satisfied with the delivered report, request a full refund within 3 days of delivery.
  • Email [email protected] with your order ID and proof of payment.

Other full-refund cases

  • Payment succeeded but the report was not generated or delivered.
  • A duplicate charge, or the wrong amount was charged.

Refund process

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5-7 business days.
