Data Deletion

Nakshara has no sign-up or account, so a deletion request is made directly by email.

No account required

  • • The data we hold about you is: birth details, WhatsApp number and email, your consent record, and your order/payment record.

How to request deletion

  • • Email [email protected] from the email or WhatsApp number you used to order, saying "delete my data".
  • • We verify your identity via that same contact channel.

What gets deleted

  • • Birth details, your contact information, the consent record, and the generated report.

What we retain

  • • Payment/invoice records, for 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required of a England & Wales company under HMRC rules and the Companies Act 2006, kept separately from your birth-chart data.

Timeline

  • • We act on your request within 30 days, per India’s DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR Article 17.
